Senior Company Secretary & Governance Lead

EY’s ECG team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager to lead a client-facing company secretarial service. You’ll manage a small team, deliver governance advice across multiple jurisdictions, and engage with senior stakeholders.

You’ll develop governance frameworks, board effectiveness reviews, and subsidiary governance projects while collaborating with EY offices and other service lines to provide integrated solutions.
