Senior Connections & Strategy Lead – Power Grid

SONI, Northern Ireland’s Transmission System Operator, seeks a Senior Lead Connections & Strategy Analyst to shape the evolution of the transmission grid toward a low‑carbon future. You will lead policy development, manage commercial contracts, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Based in Belfast with hybrid work (2 days remote/3 days in office), you will drive connection offers, governance papers, and strategic programmes while coaching teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
