Senior Construction Contracts & Pre-Construction Lead

Parker Jones Group Ltd in Belfast invites a Senior Contracts Advisor to manage the pre-construction function, supporting the bid and commercial teams, and guiding contracts from tender through to execution. You will lead negotiations with clients on a range of construction contracts, ensure governance and accurate record-keeping, and draft NDAs where required.

The role requires a law degree or equivalent, strong contract experience, and excellent communication.
