We're hiring a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering strategic change across a range of industries.What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Consultant Supporting and leading large-scale transformation and programme management engagementsSolving complex business problems and translating them into clear, actionable solutionsBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisorManaging workstreams and contributing to the successful delivery of client engagementsFacilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technical teamsSupporting and contributing to RFPs and proposal developmentProducing high-quality client deliverables and documentationPlaying a key role in driving business outcomes across engagementsAbout the CandidateThe right Senior Consultant should have: 5-7 years' experience within consulting, programme management, or transformation rolesProven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience supporting or leading engagements and managing delivery workstreamsExposure to RFPs, proposals, or business development activitiesStrong xwzovoh problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challengesExperience managing or mentoring junior team membersAn entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunitiesExperience driving tangible business outcomes in client environmentsWhat's in it for you?
