Senior Contracts & Commercial Lead - Construction Projects

LEADBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects from tender award through to final account settlement.

The role requires 8+ years in contract and commercial management, strong knowledge of construction contracts, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills. You will manage budgets, variations, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies across multiple projects.
