Senior Contracts Surveyor - Fit-Out Delivery

MCS Group is recruiting a Contracts Surveyor - Fit Out for a leading construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland. Based in Belfast, you will manage the surveying and commercial aspects of major fit-out projects, supporting cost control, profitability and successful delivery.

You will oversee subcontract packages, valuations and payments while mentoring junior surveying staff and ensuring adherence to NEC-based or related contract administration.
