Senior Counsel - Payments Tech & Regulatory Strategy

Visa seeks a proactive product and commercial lawyer to join as Senior Associate Counsel for the CMS Product Legal Team. You will provide counsel across commercial, product, regulatory, privacy and IP matters, review marketing materials, and manage regulatory support to help the CMS group achieve business objectives.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, work with global teams, and train business units on policy and legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
