Senior Covenant & Transactions Advisor

Isio is seeking a qualified ACA/CA/ACCA accountant with employer covenant advisory experience to join our Covenant Solutions team. You will advise on covenant assessments, insolvency analysis, and transaction/restructuring scenarios across corporate and trustee clients, working with actuarial and investment specialists.

The role offers exposure to complex M&A, refinancing or restructuring initiatives, with hybrid working across Manchester, Edinburgh, London or other Isio offices in the UK.
