This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key business decisions while developing your expertise across multiple areas of credit risk.
The Role
- Optimise customer acquisition and onboarding strategies using bureau data and credit risk insights
- Enhance and refine credit decisioning and affordability assessments
- Implement and improve scorecard-driven credit strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve risk outcomes
- Support IFRS9 and broader credit risk activities
- Produce management information, reporting, and analytical recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across credit, operations, compliance, and risk
- Lead analytical projects designed to improve customer outcomes and portfolio performance
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within Credit Risk Analytics or Credit Strategy
- Experience working on acquisition, onboarding, or customer decisioning strategies
- Hands-on experience using credit bureau data to support lending decisions
- Exposure to credit scorecards and strategy implementation
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience xwzovoh analysing large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- SAS, Python, or Power BI experience
- Exposure to IFRS9, affordability, or portfolio analytics
