We are working with a consumer-facing digital media business seeking an experienced Data Privacy Counsel to support a broad range of privacy, technology, and regulatory matters.

The Role:
- Advise on data privacy and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support digital, marketing, and technology initiatives.
- Provide guidance on governance, risk, and regulatory issues.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Support ongoing privacy projects and commercial initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 8 years+ PQE
- Strong background in data privacy and data protection law.
- Experience advising on technology and digital matters.
- Previous in-house experience within a consumer-facing organisation is highly desirable.
