Senior Data Protection & AI Governance Counsel

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Senior Data Protection Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Data Protection team. You will provide expert advice on UK GDPR and privacy requirements, supporting the business to manage privacy risk.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and DPO, you will lead the Data Protection team, oversee DPIA processes, and engage with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, IT and HR to implement the Data Protection Target Operating Model.
