Senior Design Coordinator - Building Envelope Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 PA, Depending on Experience Location: Office based in North London, with remote working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (30 min lunch) Start: ASAP (flexible for notice) Overview: A growing building envelope contractor is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator to take ownership of design delivery across multiple live projects. You'll manage design programmes, Information Release Schedules (IRS), consultant inputs and approvals, ensuring design information is issued on time and in line with UK regulations and project requirements.
