Senior Design Engineer — Lead Robotics Projects (On-site, Pension)

ScaleX™ Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing specialist engineering business in Northern Ireland to recruit a Senior Design Engineer. The role focuses on leading bespoke projects from concept through to manufacture, testing and implementation.

Around 80% of time is hands-on design and product development, with 20% mentoring two junior engineers and reporting to the Managing Director to ensure design sign-off and ongoing technology development.
