An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor on the delivery of a major mixed-use development in King’s Cross.
The scheme includes several substantial commercial buildings being delivered to shell-and-core standard, alongside a residential plot that will require full internal fit-out, completion and handover by the main contractor.

The position can be offered on either a permanent/PAYE or freelance contract basis, depending on experience and availability.

* Support shell-and-core completion across the commercial plots.
* Lead design close-out, fit-out and handover of the residential plot.
* Manage as-built information, certification and O&M documentation.
