Senior ED Clinical Pharmacist & Independent Prescriber

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Specialist Pharmacist (Band 8a, 7.5 hours per week) to lead the ED clinical pharmacy service. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise medicines, undertake medicines reconciliation, and discharge prescribing, while developing cost‑effective, safe pharmaceutical care across the ED.

The role requires an independent prescriber qualification and extensive hospital pharmacy experience.
