Senior Employability Mentor & Team Lead

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council – Work and Skills Team is seeking an Employability Senior Mentor to lead and coordinate the Communities for Work+ programme in a designated locality. You will oversee intensive one-to-one mentoring to help participants progress toward employment and training opportunities.

The role involves managing Employment Mentors and Engagement Officers, building partnerships with key agencies, and monitoring performance to deliver positive outcomes.
