Senior Employment Counsel – Global FinServ

Starling Bank is seeking a senior employment lawyer to support the business on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. The role reports to the Group Head of Employment Legal and may require commuting to any of our offices.

You will influence across the Starling Group, managing an employment lawyer, and handle matters from policy through to settlements, with a focus on banking and financial services regulatory issues.
