Senior Employment Counsel — Hybrid/Remote

SBFM Limited, a leading UK facilities management provider, is seeking an Employment Law Counsel to shape our in-house legal function.

Reporting to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, you will advise on contracts, TUPE, employee relations, and workforce matters, while supporting commercial contracts as needed. This stand-alone role offers flexible hybrid/remote working and the Leeds office, with potential for part-time arrangements.
