Senior Employment Counsel — UK & EMEA

Aon is seeking an Employment Law Counsel to join our UK legal team, based in London or Manchester with a hybrid working pattern. You will advise on redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, and related Tribunal claims, working closely with HR and external counsel where needed.

You will shape policy, deliver training, and embed best practice across the business, with exposure to wider EMEA matters within a global function.
