The firm are looking for a Senior Employment Law Solicitor to join their firm and play a key role in the further development of their department

Managing a caseload and ensuring financial targets are met

Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team

Marketing and business development and client relationship management

Key skills and experience:

• 
  
• Qualified solicitor with 4+ experience in dealing with employment matters

Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving 

An established track record of meeting financial targets 

Experience of mentoring and developing junior colleagues
