Senior Employment Lawyer - Flexible In-House & Remote Work

Lewis Silkin is recruiting senior employment lawyers (6+ years PQE) to join the Employment, Immigration and Reward team. The role offers permanent contracts with flexibility over where and how you work, including home-based rockhopper work and client secondments to London offices when needed.

Candidates should have excellent academics and solid private practice experience in UK employment law. Some in-house or Employee Relations exposure is beneficial but not essential.
