Senior Employment Lawyer, Healthcare Focus

Weightmans is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our Healthcare team. The role involves handling a wide range of employment law matters for healthcare clients across the UK, including redundancy, disciplinary issues, discrimination, and grievances.

You will defend Tribunal claims, draft defences and statements, and contribute to business development. Based in one of our offices (Liverpool/Leeds/Manchester/Birmingham), you will mentor juniors and help drive client relationships,
