Senior Employment Lawyer – Local Government

West Northants Council is seeking a Senior Lawyer (Employment) to provide expert employment law advice and support to leadership teams and HR colleagues, helping to maintain a legally compliant working environment for our workforce.

You will manage a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal work, and advise on matters such as disciplinary and grievance processes, TUPE transfers, restructures, recruitment and exit arrangements.
