Senior Engineer Location: Heathrow Airport Project: Major Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Scheme The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a major infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for managing the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of a key package of works, leading a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Working in a live operational airport environment, you will play a key role in coordinating civil, structural, enabling, and infrastructure works while maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of civil and structural works, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved. Manage short-term planning and sequencing of works in line with the overall project programme. Coordinate day and night shift activities to maximise productivity and programme performance. Ensure all permits, RAMS, QA documentation, and compliance requirements are in place. Monitor package performance, proactively managing risks, opportunities, and costs.
