Senior Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our team, drive project delivery, and mentor the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Performance & Governance: Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to specifications, allocated budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Site Excellence: Conduct thorough site inspections, quality assessments, and audits.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Safety & Standards: Drive compliance with industry regulations, technical standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and technical documentation.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in engineering roles such as Site Engineer, Section Engineer, or Senior Engineer.
• Education: Relevant engineering degree (Civil/Structural/Mechanical or equivalent qualification/experience).
• Project Management: Strong project delivery, planning, and resource management skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard technical engineering software and digital tools.
• H&S Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
