Engage Recruitment Ltd is working with an established construction business to appoint a Senior Estimator based in Glasgow or the North of England. This role offers influence, autonomy and a genuine route into estimating leadership.

You will own tenders from enquiry through submission, negotiate with clients and supply chain, mentor colleagues and help shape best practice on high value projects.
