Work spans multiple sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Community, Industrial, Leisure & Retail and Commercial Buildings. Working hours: 8.30am 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. A key part of the role will include mentoring and supporting an Assistant Estimator , helping them develop their technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence within the team. Responsibilities Preparing cost plans, tenders and estimates Leading the estimating process across multiple projects Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams Liaising with supply chain partners to secure competitive pricing Providing guidance and day-to-day support to an Assistant Estimator Supporting junior team members where required About You Experienced Estimator within the construction industry Background working for a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemes Self-directed, organised and highly motivated Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong team player with good communication skills Locations Considered: Milton Keynes / Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire / Northamptonshire TPBN1_UKTJ
