Senior Estimator

We are partnered with a privately owned contractor, based East of the Capital to onboard an Estimator/Senior Estimator to strengthen their Pre-Construction team. Our client offers a breadth and variety of product delivery and is particularly looking for someone with demonstrable exposure to both single stage and two stage tendering and ideally being highly proficient with Evaluate estimating software. Key responsibilities: * Managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission * Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender documentation * Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities * Analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations * Working closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operational teams * Supporting tender interviews and project handovers Please get in touch for more details and a confidential chat with Stuart.
