Senior Event Production Manager: Employee-Owned Profit Share

Live Recruitment is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager based in London with hybrid working. You will own end-to-end delivery across a varied events portfolio, from initial planning through to on-site execution, including international delivery after probation.

You will write and manage production schedules, produce RAMS, and lead on-site delivery while coordinating contractors and crew across the UK. This role requires strong safety compliance and planning capability.
