Senior Event Production Manager

Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office; on-site for events. London-based with some UK-wide travel required.

The Role

As Senior Production Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across a varied events portfolio, from initial planning through to on-site execution.

• Writing and managing production schedules across concurrent events
• Producing RAMS and maintaining IOSH and HSE compliance throughout
• Creating detailed floor plans using Vectorworks, CAD or equivalent
• Leading on-site delivery at events across the UK
• Sourcing and managing contractors and crew as needed

The Candidate

The right person for this Senior Event Production Manager position is self-sufficient across all stages of technical event production and brings the judgement to manage health and safety compliance without close oversight.

• Independent production of RAMS and working knowledge of IOSH and HSE frameworks
• Proven track record delivering events on-site from pre-production through to live
• Floor plan creation using drawing software, Vectorworks or CAD preferred

A background in events or venue management is the foundation. Knowledge of the London venue market is beneficial but not essential, as is experience spanning theatre or live events. Openness to occasional international travel after probation will count in your favour. Above all, this role suits someone who stays cool-headed under pressure and wants their next move to count.
