Senior export clerk

NEW VACANCY: We are recruiting for a well established medium sized freight forwarding company who are looking for an experienced export clerk who has strong airfreight experience. Duties include: Bookings with airlines / hauliers and shippers Negotiating rates with airlines Completing full customs entries using CDS Dealing with all types of freight including DG shipments Staying up to date with market rates and being commercially aware to provide quotes to customers Customer service / handling key accounts Liaising with import department and working with warehouse / transport team The working hours are: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm They are looking with someone who has a stable work history (no more than 2 / 3 jobs in 5-10 years) This would suit someone who is looking to join a growing company that offer progression.
