Senior Facilitator: Transformational Leadership on Isle of Skye

Columba 1400 is seeking a Senior Facilitator to lead residential leadership sessions at the Isle of Skye Community and International Leadership Centre. You will facilitate transformational experiences for young people and key adults, guiding them to reflect on identity, purpose, and contribution.

You will work in a warm, supportive team and ensure safe, welcoming spaces. A full driving licence, PVG membership, and safeguarding commitment are essential.
