Senior Family Lawyer

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join at a senior level their private Family law department in their Manchester office. Our client is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent at a senior level to their family law department.

Responsibilities

• You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters.
• You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as a senior fee earner within a successful family law team.
