Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading further education organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.
This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for providing strategic financial support to senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance business partnering service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support to senior leaders.
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Present financial information to senior management and governance forums.
- Promote strong financial governance, controls, and compliance.
- Contribute to the wider finance strategy and continuous improvement agenda.
About You
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in finance business partnering, management reporting or strategic finance.
