Up to £90,000 + bonus
An ambitious, private equity-backed organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner into its Manchester-based finance function.
This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who enjoys operating beyond traditional reporting and wants to be closely involved in the commercial direction of a business. You'll take ownership of the finance partnering relationship with significant business areas generating approximately £50m of revenue, working closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to improve performance, profitability and decision-making.
What will you be doing?
You'll become a trusted finance adviser to senior leaders, using financial and commercial insight to challenge performance, identify opportunities and support better business decisions. Responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the financial relationship with major business areas, providing insight into performance, margins, profitability and key drivers.
- Developing meaningful management information and analysis, translating financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
- Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring financial plans reflect the underlying commercial strategy.
