Permanent Position   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join a growing, technology-led manufacturing business operating in highly specialised and demanding markets.   This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, influencing business decisions, improving processes, and supporting a business through periods of growth and change.   Heading up one of 3 sites and working closely with the Financial Controller and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial reporting, strengthening controls, supporting commercial decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.   The Opportunity This is a broad and varied position where you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact.
