Senior Funds Lawyer – Private Funds (London, Hybrid)

Oliver James is seeking a Vice President - Legal Counsel (Private Funds) in London. The role sits in a hybrid setup within a global private markets investment manager and focuses on the full lifecycle of private investment funds from structuring to ongoing management.

The candidate will bring 4–6 years PQE with experience in private funds, strong drafting skills, and an ability to work across multiple jurisdictions while advising the business on commercial and regulatory matters.
