I’m working with a mid-sized broker on a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit International Employee Benefits team with a strong collaborative culture and a real focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
This is much more than a traditional client servicing role.
You’ll take ownership of key international client relationships, working strategically with large and complex accounts, advising on country-specific benefits, multinational pooling, global strategies and solutions across multiple territories.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the US, Canada and beyond, bringing together expertise to deliver a truly joined-up service for clients.
