Senior GP Leader, Out-of-Hours Urgent Care

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a committed General Practitioner to join our Out of Hours/Urgent Primary Care Service. This senior clinical role will lead by example, supervise colleagues, and foster a collaborative, safe working environment across West Wales.

You will assess urgent and complex cases, whether virtually or face-to-face, applying evidence-based practice, audit, safeguarding and teaching to support professional development of the multidisciplinary team.
