Senior Growth Acquisition Lead - Remote

Stopgap Way is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to own and accelerate multi-channel customer acquisition for a high-traffic online marketplace. You will drive organic and paid strategies, refine attribution, and lead a small team to hit ambitious growth targets.

You will collaborate with product, tech and safety teams, report to senior leadership on ROAS and CAC, and leverage AI-driven bidding tools to optimize CRO. This is a hybrid role with UK eligibility at its core.
