Due to the nature of this role previous housekeeping exposure is essential and the ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience.   Role overview: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm 20 + 8 days annual leave entitlement Regular salary reviews Free on-site parking    This Senior Housekeeper role will hold the below responsibilities: Play a key role in ensuring properties are consistently presented to the highest standards and are fully guest-ready before every arrival Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that every property is clean, fully stocked, operational and guest-ready at all times Laundry & linen management Property inspections & quality assurance Supporting housekeeping teams to maintain standards Checking heating, air conditioning and hot water systems Monitoring of stock levels and order replacement of guest consumables Identify and report maintenance issues Supporting property changeovers  ...
