Senior Housing Disrepair Solicitor - Hybrid & Flexible

Southern Housing is looking for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join its in-house Legal Services Team. You will handle complex disrepair claims, provide legal advice, prepare documentation and negotiate settlements, while training and supervising Disrepair Paralegals.

The role supports hybrid working from Farringdon or Croydon, with occasional on-site work and close collaboration with operational stakeholders across the business.
