Senior Housing Solicitor – Disrepair & Court Advocacy

Walsall Housing Group (whg) is recruiting an experienced Housing Solicitor to support and advise on housing-related matters, disrepair and associated applications. You will manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative team within the Legal Team at whg.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree and be a Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 5+ years PQE in housing case management, including court applications and defences, with knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
