Senior HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Change (Multi-site)

VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert advice and support across a multi-site retail network. You will focus on employee relations, employment law compliance, coaching managers, and underpinning organisational change and employee engagement.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will ensure people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting risk management.
