Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced professional services organisation and play a key role in supporting its people strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to step into a more senior role, or an established Senior HR Advisor seeking a broad and influential position within a successful and growing business. This is a varied generalist HR role for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and stakeholders, providing practical, credible and commercially focused advice across the full employee lifecycle. A key element of the role will be using management information (MI), people data and analytics to identify trends, provide meaningful insight and help inform business and people decisions. Working closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team, you will deliver high-quality HR support, coach and advise managers, strengthen people practices and contribute to key HR initiatives within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
