Senior HR Business Partner — Hybrid, Change & Union Liaison

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, multi-site team in a 12-month FTC. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, guiding employee relations, change initiatives and policy reviews across Northern Ireland, ROI and Great Britain.

You will lead negotiations with trade unions, support recruitment and policy development, and coach managers on people management in a dynamic environment.
