Senior HR Business Partner: Strategy, Change & Leadership

M&G is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leaders, providing trusted advisory support on a wide range of people issues and driving delivery of the HR agenda. You will enable leadership teams, coaching them for capability and confidence while guiding complex organisational design and reward initiatives.

You will partner across HR and business units to ensure delivery on People Strategy, talent management, and performance improvements in line with business priorities.
