Senior HR Generalist – Remote, 4‑Day Week (32h)

MCS Group is excited to partner with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Senior HR Generalist on a maternity-cover basis. The role is fully remote across the UK, Europe and the US, four days a week (32 hours) with some flexibility to align with US colleagues.

You will deliver hands‑on HR support, onboarding, benefits administration across multiple countries, payroll assistance, and policy maintenance within a trusted, autonomous global team.
