Senior HR Manager – Site Lead, Manufacturing

Yolk Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full responsibility for the HR function at a site in Pontypool, South Wales. This is a senior, standalone role partnering with site leadership while engaging with an international parent group.

This is a hands-on position requiring autonomy and strategic influence. You will lead employee relations, including trade union engagement, advise senior stakeholders on HR matters, drive key people projects and process improvements,
