Job Title: Senior HR Officer
Salary:£41,000 per annum (Full Time, Permanent, 35 hours)
Location: Outskirts of Merseyside with great connections to Liverpool and Cheshire
Working Hours:Mon-Fri, 0900-1700

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Officer to join a well known Public Sector Organisation at their head office close to the Merseyside area on a permanent, full time basis.

Working in a HR team that consists of four people, you will be expected to support with all senior HR duties that include: recruitment and onboarding, employment relations, training alongside policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting into the Head Of Human Resources and support with all HR functions and responsibilities.
• Hold responsibility for the maintenance of HR systems.
• Ensure there is an accurate and timely production of all HR information.
• Offer advice and guidance to line managers in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure welfare, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management and absence management are all managed to a quality and consistent standard throughout the business.

Requirements:

• Hold a CIPD Level 5 or above qualification or be qualified by experience.
• Significant experience working in a busy HR department.
